Current product surface
The following statements describe routes and workflows present in this checkout. They do not make claims about a customer’s operational outcome.
Workspace workflows
Authenticated users can work with organisation-scoped sites, incidents, risks, corrective actions, documents, briefings, reports, policy revisions and the Ask Security Manager history.
AI-assisted workflows
The app routes AI requests through the installed Polsia AI proxy. Current workspace surfaces include incident triage, Health Report generation, Ask responses, briefings and procedure/report generation. Outputs remain operational assistance, not professional or regulatory decisions.
PDF output
The installed PDF route renders validated document specifications, and the workspace includes report/PDF download flows. PDF generation does not itself prove the underlying record or source is accurate.
Alert webhooks
CCTV/video-alert payloads are accepted at /api/webhooks/cctv and access-control payloads at /api/webhooks/access-control. Per-account shared secrets authenticate the source before an alert is persisted as an incident.
Billing boundary
Existing paid tiers use server-computed prices, hosted Stripe checkout through the Polsia billing proxy, and verification/fulfilment flows. Enterprise scope is enquiry-led; a paid-pilot enquiry does not call checkout.
Configurable or scoped
Agree the boundary before delivery.
- Site count, users, usage allowances and any SSO, directory or additional integration work are agreed to scope before onboarding.
- Webhook payload mapping, alert ownership and any DPIA or data-protection review depend on the customer’s systems and operating context.
- A pilot, implementation support and service levels are proposed after review; this page is not a delivery guarantee or quote.
